Blah

Homework is killing me and i don't understand why. I am so unmotivated and I was like this last year too, in freaking year 12! I'm so scared that I'm not going to go anywhere in life and end up working in Routleys. Working in hospitality all my life would suck so hard, I guess that's my motivation? It's so dumb because I understand everything but then I can't be fucked doing the nitty-gritty work.

I might go to Canberra for 6 months next year, which will be boring as batshit but very good experience. I guess if I can keep studying for a year going away for 6 months and changing what I'm doing will be really good. Still trying to figure out what I want to do after the degree though. I think radio would be really good, music journalism, political journalism or fashion journalism. But newspapers and magazines are dying so who knows what it will be like in three years.

Might be moving out for a month in July which is pretty exciting I hope it doesn't fall through. Living with Georgina will be good too, I think that we balance each other out pretty well so the house will have a good vibe to it or something.

I have been listening to Mum Smokes non-stop they are awesome, I've been getting into Led Zeppelin again and Passion Pits new album is rad.

Also bought an AA dress that is super-long I think i freaked out the guy I'm seeing a little but hey as long as I like it right? haha

Dream House

Glass bricks and exposed brick appeal to me so much, this is pretty much my ideal house. All I need to do is marry a sugadaddy so he can buy it.

New Rings

I went shopping today and bought some new rings from Diva.

I also spent way too much time in Supre and tried on a hilarious "wet-look" dress that was so slutty. Normally I hate trying on clothes but i really wanted to see what it looked like. The service was shit and the music was fucking horrible, but we all know that, my fault for staying in there so long.

Some trashy shopping indeed was had today.

Also got a two new bras from the sock shop, one which I'm planning to wear over my clothes as its basically a lace tube top, so comfy!

Last Week

Went to Cherry Bar on Thursday night, that was lots of fun, I always have a good night there. Me and Georgina were the first to start dancing, so eager! Made a new friend from uni who I hadn't spoken to before, Georgina just walked straight up to him and introduced herself and then by extension me. Ash got really pissed and had to be taken home early. I danced too much with my ex-boyfriend I know he's just trying to be friendly but I really don't want to be close with him again.

Friday night was also good, we went to Brunswick Street. To a place called Rust and then the Derby Hotel. Lara's uni friends came, which was awesome because there's a weird six-degrees of separation going on with them and my uni friends.
The bus ride home was a shocker; it really fucking pisses me off that as a woman I can't say anything to assholes without inflaming the situation more and obviously I'm not going to hit anyone. The bus driver, of course, couldn't do anything to stop these uneducated 'tards from trying to start a fight, which made me even angrier.

I finished One flew over the Cuckoos Nest last week, it really impressed me and this week I've almost finished In Cold Blood. Penguin Classics rocks.

Missing Laura heaps, wish she was home so I could just chill with her, go walking with her, basically just enjoy her company. It's pretty insane how long I'm going to have to wait to see her again.
